Rev, an AI-driven sales development platform, needed a strategic website overhaul to improve lead generation, enhance user engagement, and ensure brand consistency. The goal was to optimize the website’s structure while integrating marketing initiatives like blogs, webinars, case studies, white papers, and interactive tools to better support business growth.

My Role

As the UI/UX Designer, I led the website redesign to enhance lead generation and user experience. I collaborated with stakeholders to refine the site’s structure, optimize content strategy, and integrate marketing assets. My responsibilities included building the sitemap and wireframes, designing high-fidelity mockups, and ensuring a seamless handoff for development.

The Problem

Rev’s website was not fully optimized to guide potential customers through the sales funnel. Key marketing initiatives—including webinars, blogs, and interactive tools—were underutilized, leading to missed engagement opportunities and driving traffic. The site also lacked a strong visual identity and clear navigation, making it harder to establish credibility and drive conversions.

The Solution

To address these issues, I implemented the following:

Information Architecture – Developed a new sitemap and wireframes to improve content flow, ensuring key resources were easy to access and navigate.

Lead Generation Optimization – Redesigned the site with a conversion-focused layout, strategically placing content and CTAs to drive engagement. Integrated the AIM Calculator, an interactive tool that helps businesses assess and refine their sales targeting.

Brand Cohesion & Visual Identity – Developed a consistent design system across the website and marketing assets, ensuring a polished and recognizable brand experience.

Enhanced Content Strategy – Created custom graphics for blog posts, white papers, and case studies, making key resources more engaging and accessible.

Webinar & Digital Advertising Support – Designed promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media assets to maximize webinar attendance and nurture leads.

Impact

The redesign improved user engagement, increased session durations, and strengthened Rev’s ability to convert prospects. The AIM Calculator became a key driver of inbound leads, while the improved site architecture made content easier to discover. The final high-fidelity designs were seamlessly handed off for development, ensuring a smooth production process.

To help businesses refine their sales targeting, we introduced the AIM Calculator, an interactive tool that evaluates how well a company’s pipeline aligns with its ideal customer profile. I designed the landing page, creative assets, and the final customized report users receive upon subscribing, ensuring a high-value experience that drives lead generation.

White Papers & Downloadable Resources

We created a dedicated White Papers section to position Rev as a thought leader and drive lead generation. I designed the landing page, creative assets, and downloadable reports, ensuring a seamless user experience. These in-depth resources provide valuable insights while capturing prospect information to nurture potential leads.

Blog Articles & Industry Reports

We also created Rev’s Blog section to highlight key insights, case studies, and industry trends in a more digestible format. The updated layout improves readability, engagement, and searchability, making it easier for users to find relevant content and stay informed.

To elevate Rev’s webinar series, I created custom illustrated portraits of thought leaders, giving each event a distinct and recognizable brand identity. This visual approach helped reinforce Rev’s expertise and made promotional materials more engaging across marketing channels
